Throughout my career I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing some of life’s most complex challenges. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing is not simply about reducing symptoms, it is about helping people to reconnect with their values, build resilience, and create lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling.
My clinical specialty is working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, sports therapy, exercise compulsion, anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity development. I understand how these challenges can affect every aspect of a person’s life, from relationships and self-esteem, to performance, purpose, and overall well-being.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I often use a psychoanalytical and narrative therapy approach in this work. You can expect our therapeutic work together to be collaborative and reparative.
